I’m Hafiz Ahmed Zia. This page explains what happens when you contact me through this website.

Your inquiry

The form collects your name, email address, project type and message so I can read your inquiry and reply. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Cloudflare processes the submission and sends it to my Gmail inbox, provided by Google. The website has no separate database or inbox for messages, and its code does not log the contents of your inquiry. Correspondence remains in Gmail until I delete it; there is no automatic deletion schedule.

Spam protection and delivery

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the form’s spam check. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses and browser signals, to deliver the site and help prevent abuse. The form also uses your IP address to limit repeated submission attempts. It is not added to the email I receive.

Email delivery can involve temporary processing, retries and delivery records at the service providers. These are separate from my Gmail inbox and are subject to the providers’ own practices.
